Free shipping for U.S. addresses is via Priority Mail or FedEx which delivers in 1-4 days to most areas of the country. International orders are shipped via USPS with delivery in 3-10 business days to most areas of the world.How long should I expect to wait for my order to arrive?

Although orders can take up to two weeks to make, they are going through very complex manufacturing lines. Adding products to orders, while it may seem easy, causes issues and delays in the production line. Therefore we are not able to add on products to existing orders.What are your hours of operation?
We're available around the clock except Thursday and Sunday mornings, at which times we will still be attending to orders and e-mails. All calls or e-mails we will respond to within 24 hours.How does sizing work for your collars?
Our sizing system is like this (unless otherwise noted): Size 8 will fit a pet's neck from 4"-6" Size 10 will fit a neck size from 6"-8" Size 12 fits necks from 8"-10" And so on. The easiest thing to tell your customers is to measure their pet's neck and add two inches to come to the right size. The only exception is our large leather collars, for these collars measure the dogs neck and add 4". When in doubt, buy the larger size!Can I order collars with different colors of stones or hardware than what is posted online?

Per UPS regulations packages are shipped by actual weight unless the dimensional weight is heavier. UPS may also charge Oversize handling fees if the shipment exceeds certain sizes. (Our supplier will try to ship an item in a box that most closely matches its dimensions to keep shipping charges as low as possible.)
All UPS shipments are insured up to $100 by default. If you require more insurance then that you must request that we declare the entire value of the order. UPS insurance rates are $0.75 for each $100.00 (or portion of $100.00) of the total value declared, with a minimum charge of $2.25. Please note that any shipments that are damaged or lost in transit in which we were not asked to declare value can only be credited up to $100.
